Green Tea benefits......

green tea for me personally is a must have every morning as soon as i am up i make myself a cup of green tea why ??
because theyre are benefits just from drinking green tea firstly :
*green tea fights cancer
*green tea lowers cholestral
*prevents cavities
*protects against heart desease
*also an anti viral agent
*prevents dimenture
*full of anti oxidents 
*great for detoxing 
*leaves skin glowing

and the list goes on.i know for some the taste of green tea may be unpleasant to drink compared to normal tea or coffee.green tea also comes in various flavors like mango and lychee or just pure mango green tea etc.bearing in mind if you are pregnant its not good to drink too much green tea because by drinking a large amount of green tea may prevent you from absorbing folic acid properly. Folic acid is an important nutrient, particularly during the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy.One small study suggests that babies can develop neural tube defects, such as spina bifida, if their mums drink lots of green tea around the time of conception. However, it's unlikely that you'd want to drink this amount of green tea every day.
Bear in mind that green tea, like other teas, can also make it difficult for your body to absorb iron from non meaty foods. So it's best not to drink it with meals.
