The Perfect Eyebrows For Your Face Shape .......
like me back in the days i use to struggle getting the perfect eyebrows for my face shape..i came across this chart and helped me keep the shape of my eyebrows,that i knew would suit my oval face shape..check it our beauts the face chart.sure did help me find the right shape for my oval face shape.

Dealing with a loss of a loved one :(
I lost my beloved sister a while back not a day goes by i dont think of her she was my best friend my mummy number 2 everything to me losing her to the cruel illness of CANCER left me scarred for life knowing my big sis wont be their for me anymore no more gossip sessions no more shopping sprees no more besties :( when we lose a loved one we lose a piece of our heart, life stops at one point and takes time to heal.. i learn t to move on with life and know that this is what she would have wanted. as much as we all wanted my big sis here with us i felt we were being selfish because we were only thinking about ourselves and not the fact that my sister was in a lot of pain... she was the most amazing person ever she got on with everyone a bubbly person so full of life... just know that they're may not be here in person but they're hear with us watching over us in heaven.. grieving takes time to heal just know one day we will re unite for now R.I.P angel xxx

green tea for me personally is a must have every morning as soon as i am up i make myself a cup of green tea why ??

*prevents cavities
*protects against heart desease

*full of anti oxidents
*great for detoxing
*leaves skin glowing

if their mums drink lots of green tea around the time of conception.
However, it's unlikely that you'd want to drink this amount of green tea
every day.

i personally have had confidence issues in the past the way i overcame it is by feeling good in my own skin, in order to feel good in your skin doesn't just mean being happy and bubbly its the way we feel in our own skin.nobody perfect god created us all unique just know you are all unique in our own very way.why not take your best asset for example eyes and enhance them with make up to feel more confident or even hair ,why not treat yourself to a nice new hair cut and color to change up the style.. just little things like this helps us women feel good about ourselves.when we feel good about ourselves automatically we gain confidence and others will notice it too.don't ever put yourself down just know we are all unique and beautiful.smile :) always..because smiling enhances your beauty :)

all you will need is a red lipstick my personal favourite is mac russian red or mac ruby woo both great bold red colours ones little darker ie russian red where as the other ruby woo is a more vibrant red.its easy and simple to achieve all you will need is your favourite face primer to lock all the makeup and leave skin flawless... aswell as the usual foundation i personally love the max factor miracle touch foundation in color golden 75 lovely natural golden glow at a fraction of price usually £10.99 in boots. can be brought on eBay for maximum £8.00 compared to high end brands such as ysl, narz etc with your favorite mascara :im loving maybelline falsies rocket in black love how it separates my lashes without leaving any clumps...
